SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

  1. Shipping Charges are applicable
  1. In the case of sarees, domestic orders within India will be  processed within 7 business days from the date of order.
  1. All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition.
  1. All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If there is a requirement for the products to be shipped to more than one shipping address then please create separate orders in separate carts for each address.
  1. All products are insured by TRS against loss or theft from date &point of dispatch to date &point of delivery at no additional cost to the customer
  1. Octroi & Entry tax if applicable as per the local laws in the delivery location shall be borne by the customer.
  1. TRS reserves the right to release information to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials if required by the law or if authorized by a Court.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

  1. Shipping charges is Rs 3,500/- per kg.
  1. International orders are normally processed within 7 - 10 business days from the date of orders for ready to ship products.
  1. Shipping timelines for “made to order” will vary based on the individual product ordered. Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance.
  1. All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition.

  1. Customs Clearance for International Orders
    • Based on the country of import, our carrier may need to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you. Any additional taxes / import duties / customs charges levied by the country of import will be chargeable to the customer. The customer is liable to reimburse the   carrier for any such charges paid by carrier on behalf of customer.
